Installation / Construction Management

Denise offers landscape installation/construction management services for all of her residential landscape design clients.  This means that she helps and/or manages the bidding, review, and installation of landscapes.  She works with several different landscape installers to ensure a competitive bidding process and high quality installation and plant materials.

Homeowner Associations

Denise also offers landscape design/installation/construction management services for area Homeowner Associations (HOA).  She currently is working with one HOA on reviews of residential landscape plans for compliance with Florida Friendly Planting design as well as compliance with Florida Statute 373.185 (“quality landscapes that conserve water, protect the environment, are adaptable to local conditions, and are drought tolerant.”).  She works with others on landscape design / installation / construction management.
